Intro to Mixed Media

Participants will learn how to combine different materials (media) to cerate a 6"x6" mini paintinf and gift tags! If you can cut, paste, and trace, this 2 hour class of fun is for you!

Utilizing her Master of Arts in Teaching and love of art, Anna Marie has worked with people of all ages, including teaching adult community art and creativitiy classes. Although she has enjoyed experimenting with various media throughout the years, Anna Marie often returns to her favorite art forms--drawing, collage, and mixed media. Even as an elementary school teacher, she found delight in seeing what students could create from a bag of this, that, and the other for her "not-yoiur-standard" bulletin board. Her mixed media creations were recently featured at the Kalamazoo Art Hop and have been sold at Bay Creek and Co.
